The presentation examines the subtle yet transformative ways artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping the public sector – effects that often escape mainstream discourse. Drawing from empirical evidence, it identifies critical areas where AI’s influence remains underappreciated despite its potential to fundamentally alter public service delivery and governance structures. The analysis challenges traditional frameworks and aims to equip policymakers with a deeper understanding of how AI may quietly but fundamentally transform the public sector landscape.
