Andrew Brubaker, Principal Evaluation Specialist at the Asian Development Bank.
Andrew has been with ADB for 7 years and primarily works on corporate and thematic evaluations related to environment, agriculture and natural resources management and public sector management. He was the principal evaluator for the recent evaluation of ADB’s work on agriculture and rural development. He is currently leading ADB’s Safeguard Policy evaluation. Before joining ADB, he worked in evaluation at the International Fund for Agricultural Development and for several US government agencies related to agriculture and international development. Andrew’s international work began in the Philippines where he served as a US Peace Corps Volunteer.
